Welcome to Timedash Widgets! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Timedash Widgets iOS application (the "App"), provided by Timedash ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview

Timedash Widgets is a customizable iOS widget app that displays essential daily information—such as time, date, weather, and step count—in a single, elegant interface. The App is available for iOS 18 or newer.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

Timedash Pro is offered via a monthly or yearly subscription. Pro unlocks access to all widget styles and full customization options.

Billing & Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the original subscription price unless otherwise specified.

Trial Periods

The monthly subscription includes a 3-day free trial.
The yearly subscription includes a 7-day free trial.
If you subscribe before the trial ends, your subscription starts immediately and any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
Only one free trial per Apple ID may apply.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID account settings.
Deleting the App or disabling features does not cancel your subscription. Cancellation must be done through your Apple account.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple’s billing terms and our Terms of Use.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics – for aggregated usage statistics
Firebase Crashlytics – for crash reporting
OpenWeather API – to provide weather data
Apple HealthKit – for step count data
RevenueCat – for Pro subscription

We do not generate or store weather or health data ourselves. All data remains on-device unless collected anonymously by third-party services. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

4. User Accounts

No user account is required. We do not collect, store, or share personal data beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
Attempt to bypass subscription or licensing controls

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and features in the App are the property of Timedash and protected under copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the App without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party data such as weather or step count. We are not responsible for any interruptions or errors in service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timedash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App.

9. Apple End-User License Agreement (EULA)

As required by Apple:

This license is between you and Timedash, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for maintenance, support, or any claims related to the App.
In the event of failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple, who may refund the purchase price.
Timedash is solely responsible for any product claims, intellectual property issues, or legal compliance.
You agree not to use the App in violation of U.S. export laws.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and may enforce them against you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law rules.
